Role Description

This full-time, on-site Owner role at GCAP | Groupement des Concessionnaires Automobiles Peugeot in Hyderabad is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, strategy, and performance of the dealership group. The Owner will provide leadership in sales, service, and customer experience, ensuring compliance with Peugeot brand standards and local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in automotive dealership ownership, general management, or senior leadership with responsibility for P&L and multi-department operations.
• Strong business acumen, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics.
• Proven leadership capabilities, including team management, talent development, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution.
• Experience in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and delivering high-quality customer service in a competitive market.
• Familiarity with automotive industry standards, manufacturer partnership requirements, and local regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and maintain a hands-on presence in day-to-day operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
