About the Role

Aniket Engineering is seeking an ITI Fresher for a full-time, on-site position in Vasai Virar. This role is designed for fresh technical talent interested in mechanical manufacturing and offers support for daily production activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate basic mechanical equipment.
• Assist in assembly and fabrication tasks.
• Follow standard operating procedures on the shop floor.
• Perform routine inspections of materials and finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the workstation.
• Report any issues to supervisors.
• Learn to read basic technical instructions.
• Work with senior technicians.
• Adhere to quality and safety guidelines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Completed ITI in a relevant trade (such as Fitter, Turner, Machinist, or similar).
• Foundational knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment.
• Ability to follow technical instructions, basic drawings, or process guidelines.
• Willingness to learn standard production procedures.
• Understanding of basic workplace safety practices, including use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of materials.
• Strong work ethic, reliability.
• Readiness to work in a manufacturing environment with adherence to quality standards.
• Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
• Capacity to stand for extended periods while performing shop-floor tasks.
