About the Role

The Data Science Trainer (AI, Cyber Security, Coding and Programming) will deliver structured, classroom-based training to school-age learners at our Bengaluru center in an on-site, full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing lesson plans and learning modules on data science, analytics, AI concepts, coding, and introductory cyber security, using practical examples and project-based activities.
• Conducting live sessions.
• Guiding students through exercises and assignments.
• Providing feedback and assessing learning outcomes.
• Collaborating with the curriculum team to refine content.
• Integrating new tools and technologies.
• Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Communicating with internal stakeholders.
• Communicating with parents or guardians, when needed, to share learner progress and support continuous improvement.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong Data Science and Data Analytics skills for teaching core concepts and practical applications.
• Solid Data Analysis and Statistics skills to explain quantitative methods, interpretation, and problem-solving.
• Strong Analytical Skills to break down complex topics into clear, age-appropriate learning modules.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (such as Python).
• Familiarity with AI and introductory cyber security concepts.
• Prior experience as a trainer, teacher, or mentor in STEM, data science, or coding, preferably with school or college students.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners and support inclusive participation.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods based on learner needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
