Robotics QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Understand product requirements and create appropriate verification test cases for hardware, firmware, and middleware modules against the requirements.
• Execute functional tests, performance tests, reliability tests, regression tests for the module under test.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for test results with traceability.
• Analyze test data, identify performance trends, and recommend areas for improvement.
• Debug hardware issues using physical observations and log analysis.
• Support on-site remote hardware support teams in hardware troubleshooting.
• Participate in root cause analysis and work closely with developers in issue resolution.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong debugging skills for electro-mechanical modules and systems.
• Hands-on experience with hardware log analysis.
• Exposure to Linux and Python based modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Capacity to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Experience in working with systems having hardware-software integration will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in the mobile robotics industry will be an added advantage.
