Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient consultations, including medical history review and basic fertility assessment.
- Assist in planning and execution of fertility treatments such as IVF, IUI, ICSI, and ovulation induction.
- Monitor patients through ultrasound scans and hormone assessments.
- Support procedures like oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and IUI under supervision.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Patient Care:
- Provide counseling and guidance to patients regarding treatment options and protocols.
- Ensure compassionate and ethical patient interaction.
- Address patient queries and concerns throughout the treatment journey.
- Operational Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with embryologists, nursing staff, and lab teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Academic & Research:
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in reproductive medicine.
- Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and training programs.
- Assist in research activities and data collection.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBBS with MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
- Fellowship / Training in Reproductive Medicine (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in fertility/IVF setup.
- Freshers with relevant training may also apply.
