About the Role

The Owner role at Fazo Academy is a part-time, remote position focused on overseeing the strategic direction and operational effectiveness of the training ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide curriculum development.
• Ensure course offerings remain aligned with industry trends.
• Support faculty in delivering high-quality learning experiences.
• Monitor program performance.
• Review feedback from learners and staff.
• Make data-informed decisions to improve services.
• Manage key partnerships.
• Oversee marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Ensure that financial and administrative processes support sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high standards in infrastructure, student support, and placement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership, business ownership, or senior management within education, IT services, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of software development and IT training domains (e.g., AI, ML, DL, Python, .NET, Java, and other core technologies).
• Skills in strategic planning, operations management, and decision-making for remote, multi-location organizations.
• Ability to develop and oversee curricula, live projects, and training methodologies that align with industry needs.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for remote collaboration, online training, and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with faculty, learners, and external partners.
• Background in education management, IT consulting, or entrepreneurship is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Education, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.
