About the Role
This is a full-time, Architect role based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing architectural concepts.
- Preparing design drawings and 3D models.
- Translating client narratives into cohesive spatial experiences.
- Meeting with clients.
- Conducting site visits.
- Preparing presentations.
- Coordinating with consultants and vendors.
- Ensuring designs align with brand, lifestyle, and Vastu principles where required.
Qualifications
- Strong architectural design and concept development skills, with experience in creating narrative-led and lifestyle-focused spaces.
- Proficiency in architectural drafting and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, D5, or similar).
- Basic 3D rendering and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, materials, construction processes, and detailing.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with engineers and contractors.
- Skills in client communication, including the ability to translate client needs into clear design directions.
- Understanding or interest in Vastu principles, spatial psychology, and brand or image-focused design approaches.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a studio environment.
- A professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Relevant studio or industry experience in residential, commercial, or lifestyle projects is an advantage.
- Interest in interdisciplinary design (e.g., fashion, branding, image consulting) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with the Bengaluru design and construction ecosystem is beneficial.
