Job Title: Production Engineer / Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily production planning and execution.
• Monitor manufacturing activities and ensure timely completion of production targets.
• Coordinate with the PPC, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
• Maintain daily production reports and update manufacturing records.
• Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and minimize scrap and material wastage.
• Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and company SOPs.
• Monitor manpower, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
• Maintain proper documentation using MS Excel, MS Word, and other MS Office applications.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Basic understanding of mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing plant environment.
• Disciplined, hardworking, and result-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
