About the Role
The ServiceNow Analyst role at zeb is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves supporting and optimizing ServiceNow implementations, including incident, problem, change, and request management workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day technical and functional support for ServiceNow.
- Troubleshooting platform issues.
- Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to enhance ServiceNow modules and integrations.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand business requirements.
- Configuring solutions within ServiceNow.
- Helping to maintain data quality and system performance.
- Creating and maintaining documentation.
- Contributing to process improvements.
- Ensuring a consistent, reliable user experience across the ServiceNow environment.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- ITIL processes
- Enterprise IT service management practices
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow configurations.
- Experience in technical support, including configuration, administration, and maintenance of ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Background in customer support focused on clear communication, issue ownership, and collaborative problem resolution.
- Proven track record in enhancing customer satisfaction by delivering stable solutions, timely issue resolution, and user-friendly ServiceNow experiences.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills to diagnose root causes, resolve platform and integration issues, and escalate effectively when needed.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB) is highly beneficial.
