Python Developer / Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Python Developers / Full Stack Engineers with strong software engineering expertise and hands-on experience in enterprise SaaS/B2B product development, cloud technologies, and modern AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong Python development experience.
• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript experience or C# expertise.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience working on enterprise SaaS / B2B products.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database experience.
• Exposure to GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD, testing, Agile, and scalable architectures.
• Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Software Engineering & Architecture

• Strong understanding of OOP, Functional Programming, Design Patterns, and Clean Code.
• Experience in architecture and solution design.
• Ability to work on scalable and enterprise-grade systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience handling complex architecture decisions.

Databases

• Strong SQL and NoSQL database experience.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and/or CosmosDB.
• Understanding of database design and scalable data access patterns.

Cloud & Distributed Systems

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of cloud-native architecture.
• Experience debugging and monitoring distributed systems using observability tools.
• Exposure to advanced cloud-native observability is preferred.

DevOps, Testing & Engineering Practices

• Experience with CI/CD, refactoring, TDD, and application security.
• Understanding of scalable software systems.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks.
• Strong automation testing experience is preferred.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

GenAI / AI

• Experience integrating GenAI, LLMs, or Agentic workflows.
• Exposure to AI-enabled application development.
• LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Prompt Engineering experience is preferred.

Product Development & Stakeholder Management

• Experience building enterprise-grade B2B products.
• Exposure to product/platform ownership is preferred.
• Strong customer focus and quality mindset.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and work under pressure.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Client-facing consulting experience is preferred.

Additional Skills

• Docker/Kubernetes – basic understanding acceptable; hands-on experience preferred.
• Serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda or Azure Functions – not mandatory.
• ETL development using ADF, AWS Glue or GCP Dataflow is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• International project exposure is preferred.
