About the Role
The Student Counselor will provide guidance and support to students on academic, personal, and career-related matters in a school and community setting. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions.
- Assess student needs and develop action plans to support educational and career goals.
- Coordinate with teachers, families, and administrators to address student challenges.
- Organize awareness programs and workshops.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Refer students to appropriate services when needed.
- Contribute to creating an inclusive, safe, and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications
