About the Role

• Full-time, on-site General Dentist role in Pandharpur.
• Perform routine and advanced dental procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Conduct fillings and extractions.
• Provide preventive care.
• Manage common oral health conditions.

Qualifications

• Recognized dental degree (BDS or equivalent).
• Valid registration/license to practice dentistry as per local regulations.
• Clinical competence in diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, extractions, and preventive dentistry.
• Strong knowledge of infection control, sterilization standards, and clinical safety protocols.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to explain treatment options and provide empathetic patient counseling.
• Good record-keeping skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic dental practice administration and documentation.
• Willingness to work full time on-site in Pandharpur.
• Adapt to a collaborative, team-based clinical environment.
• Continuous learning mindset; openness to updating skills, attending trainings, and implementing best practices.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience as a General Dentist or internship/house job in a dental clinic or hospital.
