About the Role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Analyst to support global supply chain transaction services for stakeholders across the US and Europe. This role involves ensuring orders, shipments, inventory, and invoices move accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, amend, and release POs and Sales Orders, and handle cancellations and returns.
• Confirm shipments, process shipping documents, and coordinate with logistics providers and warehouses.
• Run inventory reconciliations, investigate variances, and support adjustments and stock transfers.
• Support invoice creation and verification, and close out transactions before month-end.
• Keep suppliers, warehouses, and business teams updated on order, inventory, and shipment status.
• Prepare operational reports, track KPIs, and monitor SLAs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• ERP experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, ideally with US stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Location: Noida/WFH/Hybrid

Shift: 5 PM to 2 AM (IST)
