About the Role

As a Produktionsmitarbeiter Korkvorbereitung (m/w/d) at KUBE WINE, you will work directly on our production lines and be responsible for the preparation and processing of corks for use in the wine sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and operating machines.
• Monitoring production processes.
• Sorting and inspecting corks.
• Adhering to specified quality and safety standards.
• Documenting production data.
• Reporting deviations.
• Collaborating closely with the quality assurance team.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience or interest in production work, supporting production processes, and working on production lines.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn to operate production machines and equipment.
• Strong quality awareness and ability to perform visual inspections and basic measurement checks.
• Adaptability to new tasks, processes, and shift models.
• Reliable work, even under time pressure.
• Physical resilience.
• Meticulous work approach.
• Teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of handling simple technical devices.
• First experience in the food or packaging industry is advantageous.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram.
