Retail Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Training & Capability
• Design and deliver training for associates, supervisors, and store managers.
• Build skills in product knowledge, category selling, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Embed brand guidelines, service standards, and SOPs.
• Store Excellence
• Coach teams on customer engagement, need-based selling, and objection handling.
• Drive conversion, ticket size, and customer satisfaction.
• Coaching & Performance
• Conduct store visits, on-the-job coaching, and role plays.
• Identify skill gaps and fix underperforming stores with targeted plans.
• Content
• Create and update training modules, SOPs, and quick guides.
• Support digital learning.
• Collaboration
• Partner with Retail Ops, HR, and Brand teams.
• Support store launches and brand rollouts.
