Key Responsibilities
- Polishing tableware to ensure it is completely clean and meets Little Hen standards.
- Organizing and checking in deliveries.
- Bringing heavy items up and down stairs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience as a dishwasher or similar entry-level role in a restaurant.
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
- Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours.
- Availability to work morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Multi-tasking abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be organized and careful with all dishes.
- Must be able to go up and down stairs.
- Good oral communication skills.
- Must be able to have awareness of restaurant surroundings.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment.
