Key Responsibilities

• Guide prospective learners through the admissions process.
• Respond to inquiries about course offerings.
• Explain program outcomes and placement opportunities.
• Conduct counseling sessions (in-person, phone, or video).
• Follow up with leads.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects in the CRM or admissions system.
• Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams.
• Assist in information sessions or events.
• Help applicants complete enrollment formalities.
• Provide a positive, supportive experience for applicants.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills.
• Customer Service skills.
• Sales skills.
• Education-related skills or experience in academic counseling, training, or working in an educational or edtech environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or admissions software.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida sec 18.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to meet enrollment and service targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in business, marketing, psychology, or education.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or inside sales in education or training organizations is an advantage.
