About the Role

The Owner role at WPWeb Infotech is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Owner will oversee overall company strategy, drive business growth, and ensure alignment of technology initiatives with market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Set organizational goals.
• Supervise department heads.
• Monitor project delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Lead financial planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Establish partnerships and new business channels.
• Nurture a positive workplace culture.
• Guide leadership development.
• Represent the company in key client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strategic planning and business development capabilities, including market analysis, sales growth, and partnership building.
• Sound financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management.
• Understanding of web, eCommerce, and mobile technologies (e.g., WordPress, PHP frameworks, JavaScript frameworks, mobile app stacks) to make informed business and product decisions.
• Proven track record in IT services or product-based organizations, preferably in web or app development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to represent the company to clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and commit to a full-time leadership role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
