About the Role
The Junior Technical Drafter supports the RD department in the technical creation of 3D-models and 2D-drawings related to gearbox components.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the RD department in technical creation of 3D-models and 2D-drawings.
- Knows and implements all the rules and standards to own work.
- Requests and follows training where needed to extend skills to the needed level.
- Adheres to current processes in own work.
- Gives active feedback to senior technical drafter.
- Participates in process tests and evaluation of processes.
- Uses given tools and methods.
- Participates in method or application tests and evaluation.
- Builds and updates 2D/3D product component specifications according to guidelines and requirements of the designer.
- Stores and releases them according to current valid processes.

- Technical understanding of gearbox and development processes.
- English (spoken and written).
- Optional: local language (spoken and written)
Qualifications
- BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong communication and social skills.
- Detail oriented and precise.
- Communicative team worker.
- Flexible multitasker.
