About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support client projects by conducting market and industry research.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
• Develop structured insights and recommendations.
• Prepare presentations and reports.
• Contribute to problem-solving workshops.
• Support senior consultants in designing and implementing business solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in client meetings.
• Help track project deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work with data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Business research and market analysis skills, with the ability to synthesize findings into clear narratives and recommendations.
• Communication and presentation skills, including clear writing, slide creation, and confident stakeholder interaction.
• Organizational and project support skills, such as task prioritization, attention to detail, and documentation of project progress.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with consulting methodologies is beneficial.
• Exposure to real estate or service industries is beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is beneficial.
