About the Role

Go4Explore is seeking a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant based in Noida. This role involves assisting travelers in planning and booking personalized journeys, including road trips, treks, and curated experiences, while ensuring high-quality service and accurate information. Team members join a passionate group of travel enthusiasts dedicated to inspiring people to explore more.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand traveler preferences to suggest suitable destinations and itineraries.
• Manage bookings and reservations.
• Coordinate travel arrangements.
• Resolve customer queries before, during, and after trips.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of routes, accommodations, local experiences, and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to improve travel packages.
• Engage directly with customers via phone, email, and in-person consultations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management.
• Practical experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and scheduling.
• Comfort with basic computer applications and travel-related tools.
• Familiarity with CRM or booking platforms is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or trip operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of Indian destinations and Himalayan regions is a plus.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is beneficial, though practical experience and passion for travel are highly valued.
