About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify process gaps and opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Analyse customer issues and recurring tickets to identify root causes.
- Design workflows, document SOPs and improve existing processes.
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Operations teams on process improvements.
- Track CX metrics and identify automation opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Interest in customer experience, business operations, or process improvement.
