Social Media Intern

About the Role

• Social Media Intern at Treva.
• Location: Vijayanagar, Bengaluru (On-site).
• Stipend: ₹10,000 per month, fixed.
• Open to continuing with Treva in a full-time role after completion of the internship.
• A serious interest in learning, building practical social media skills, taking feedback, and contributing to real client work.
• Eager to learn and grow with Treva.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule content, write captions, research hashtags, and track trends.
• Support client accounts across Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Lifestyle, and Real Estate.
• Research influencers, coordinate collaborations, manage communication, and track deliverables.
• Coordinate shoots, prepare content briefs, and work with designers and video editors.
• Respond to comments and messages and engage with audiences.
• Help grow Treva’s Instagram.
• Develop case studies.
• Create thought leadership content.
• Shoot videos for Treva and be comfortable appearing on camera.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong interest in social media, marketing, branding, and content creation.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels and trends.
• Strong writing skills.
• Organized, proactive approach.
• Willingness to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn through hands-on work and feedback.

Qualifications

• Daily Success Metrics:
• Keep the content calendar and content status updated.
• Respond to client communication within 24 hours.
• Weekly Success Metrics:
• Deliver content on schedule.
• Initiate 5 influencer conversations.
• Independently propose 2 content ideas.
• Monthly Success Metrics:
• Publish 20+ content pieces.
• Execute 4 influencer collaborations.
• Improve engagement across assigned accounts.
• After 90 Days, expected abilities include:
• Managing client communication.
• Coordinating shoots.
• Handling influencer outreach.
• Proactively tracking deliverables.
• Escalating issues early.
