About the Role
Home Instead is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers for 8-12-hour day shifts in Coppell, Addison, North Dallas, and Farmers Branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities
- Provide mobility assistance and supervision for safety
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
- Assist with errands and transportation
- Follow individualized care plans
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Live in or near Coppell, Addison, North Dallas, or Farmers Branch
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Ability to treat clients and their property with dignity and respect
- Friendly communication skills and dependability
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen
Qualifications
- Experience caring for seniors (including a loved one, friend, or neighbor)
