About the Role

• This is a full-time, on-site Learning and Development Specialist role.
• The role is based in Bhavnagar, Gujrat.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs aligned with service standards, brand guidelines, and operational needs.
• Conduct classroom sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training.
• Conduct training needs analyses.
• Create learning materials.
• Facilitate sessions for different departments.
• Track training participation and outcomes.
• Manage learning schedules and records.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to improve performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback to individuals and teams.
• Evaluate training effectiveness.
• Recommend improvements for training programs.
• Support initiatives related to onboarding, compliance, and leadership development.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Training & Development skills (planning, delivering, evaluating learning interventions).
• Learning Management skills (managing training calendars, maintaining learning records, using learning management systems).
• Instructional Design skills (creating structured content, developing training materials, using adult learning principles).
• Excellent Communication skills (facilitating sessions, presenting content clearly, engaging diverse groups).
• Coaching skills (supporting individual development, providing constructive feedback, guiding performance improvement).
• Proficiency with productivity and presentation tools (e.g., MS Office, digital learning platforms).

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in hospitality or service-oriented industries, especially in learning and development or training roles, is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail.
