Role Description

The Patient Counsellor - Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based at Painflame Clinic in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and understand their concerns.
• Clearly explain clinic services, treatment plans, and pricing options.
• Guide patients through consultations, follow-ups, and treatment bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of visits and conversions.
• Build trust with patients.
• Handle inquiries in person, over the phone, or via digital channels.
• Support clinic sales targets by converting leads into confirmed treatments.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English and local languages.
• Proven Sales abilities, including lead conversion, upselling appropriate services, and meeting sales targets.
• Solid Organization Skills, including maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and managing follow-ups.
• Prior experience in healthcare, clinic front desk, or counseling/sales roles is beneficial.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment and collaborating with medical and administrative teams.
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM, appointment software, email, and spreadsheets) is preferred.
• Minimum qualification: graduate degree or equivalent.
• Training in healthcare or counseling is an added advantage.
