About the Role
- Co-Founder position at Kaydiem Script Lab.
- Focus on the commercial side of technology-enabled local businesses.
- Hybrid work model (Field + Remote) based in South Kolkata.
- Opportunity to partner with technology development.
- Ownership, responsibilities, investment, and profit-sharing to be agreed individually.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Find customers and suppliers, build vendor networks and local partnerships.
- Marketing and Sales: Local, community, referral, and social-media marketing; customer acquisition and follow-ups.
- Operations: Coordinate suppliers, customers, and service providers; monitor orders, fulfillment, and satisfaction; problem-solving.
- Growth: Test new markets, track performance, build repeat customers, and scale successful initiatives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Thinking like an owner.
- Comfortable talking to customers, suppliers, and shop owners.
- Strong in local sales, marketing, networking, and lead conversion.
- Willing to own results and build processes from scratch.
- Resourceful, trustworthy, and execution-driven.
- Thinking long-term.
- Based in South Kolkata (priority).
- Ability to execute is valued over formal qualifications.
