About the Role
Cooperative Home Care is looking for driven, entry-level Community Liaisons to join our team. You will be out in the field daily, building relationships with referral partners and promoting a full continuum of home healthcare services. Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage accounts and build relationships
- Keep an accurate call log of all visits

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare management (strongly preferred)
Salary
$50,000 to $55,000 (based on previous experience)
