Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across various platforms.
- Draft social media posts.
- Create basic visual content.
- Schedule social media updates.
- Monitor engagement on social media platforms.
- Respond to comments and messages in coordination with the team.
- Track performance metrics to help optimize content.
- Support market and audience research.
- Contribute ideas for new campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Interest in learning analytics tools and basic performance tracking for social media platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter) is beneficial.

Qualifications
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
