About the Role
Anand Rathi Shares and Stockbrokers is hiring for an MIS Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact at the HO Level for Operations & Business MIS Support for various businesses.
- Handle teams and assist them in preparing and submitting MIS to respective businesses.
- Create required MIS for management to facilitate business understanding.
- Schedule and create a review framework for regions and team reviews.
- Monitor Team Training & Learning on different products, policies, and processes.
- Assist in developing contests for the sales team and maintain daily tracking of functions.
- Assist the sales team in product support & system support by identifying their requirements.
- Advise and provide compliance support on new initiatives and special assignments.
- Fulfill a Business Analyst Support Role for the Automation of MIS.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong understanding of the current regulatory environment and financial / securities market rules and regulations.
