About the Role

This is a full-time remote Banking Finance role responsible for managing and overseeing financial activities that support Barraid’s online retail operations. The role includes analyzing financial data, preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. The individual will work closely with leadership to provide financial insights, ensure accurate accounting records, and help optimize pricing, margins, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconciling accounts
• Coordinating with external financial institutions
• Supporting compliance with relevant financial regulations
• Preparing reports for internal stakeholders
• Clear communication with cross-functional teams to support informed business decisions and long-term financial planning

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
• Finance and Banking knowledge, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial modeling.
• Skills in Accounting and preparation and review of Financial Statements.
• Clear and professional Communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA) are an advantage.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods is beneficial.
• Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail and integrity.
