About the Role

• Full-time, on-site role in Cherlapally- Hyderabad.
• Focuses on supporting the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions for special purpose machines and handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design electrical control systems.
• Program and configure automation software (e.g., PLCs, HMIs, and related platforms).
• Integrate hardware and software in Control Panels for seamless machine operation.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of equipment.
• Provide technical support during installation and post-deployment phases.
• Collaborate with mechanical and production teams.
• Prepare documentation (e.g., wiring diagrams, test reports).
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and customer specifications.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience in Software Development related to automation.
• Experience with PLC/HMI programming and configuration of industrial control software.
• Capability in Testing, including functional testing, validation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical and automation systems.
• Experience in Technical Support, providing on-site and post-installation support, resolving issues, and liaising with customers and internal teams.
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards, wiring practices, and relevant codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, including control systems, circuit design, and industrial automation.
• Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Effective communication skills for technical documentation, reporting, and customer interaction.
