About the Role

DV Tech Engineers is an engineering firm specializing in electrical design and related engineering services for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing detailed electrical designs, drawings, and documentation for projects across various sectors.
• Preparing single-line diagrams.
• Preparing panel schedules.
• Performing load calculations.
• Developing power distribution layouts.
• Selecting appropriate equipment and components.
• Coordinating with project managers, other engineering disciplines, and site teams to ensure designs are practical, compliant, and aligned with project requirements.
• Reviewing specifications.
• Supporting installation and commissioning activities.
• Participating in design reviews and quality checks.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in CAD or electrical design software (such as AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar) is highly beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Electrical Design and Design Engineering for industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Solid knowledge of Electrical Engineering and Electricity, including safety standards and relevant codes.
• Practical expertise in Power Distribution, including load calculations, system layouts, and equipment selection.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Prior experience in an electrical design or engineering role is an advantage.
