About the Role
SkyBridge Resources is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our rapidly expanding team. This role impacts both candidates and clients by matching top-tier professionals with the right opportunities. We specialize in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire placements within the information technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions.
- Aid clients in finding, hiring, and retaining top talent.
- Employ innovative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to engage with potential candidates.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals.
- Work closely with account managers to submit candidates for client placements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and employment period.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Comfortable operating in a sales-oriented environment.
- Desire to work in a competitive, high-energy in-office setting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidates and positions simultaneously.
