Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current warehouse and logistics operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement innovative supply chain solutions to address identified inefficiencies.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful transformation projects.
• Lead transformation projects to achieve desired business outcomes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Supply Chain Principles: Knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Analytical Skills: Data analysis and interpretation experience.
• Logistics Operations: Experience in designing and implementing solutions for productivity, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Transformation Project Leadership: Experience in leading transformation projects.
• Manhattan Active WM (MAWM): Demonstrated hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, optimizing, and supporting Manhattan Active Warehouse Management solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Supply Chain Optimization Knowledge: Experience with advanced supply chain and logistics concepts, including warehouse management systems and transportation management systems.
• Data Analysis Tools Familiarity: Exposure to data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Industry Benchmarking Awareness: Experience with industry benchmarking and best practices in warehouse and logistics operations.
