About the Role

• Junior Full Stack Engineer at Ravyn Inc
• Location: Seattle / Bellevue
• Arrangement: Contract, Hybrid (semi-frequent in-person coworking, mostly remote)
• Specialization: TikTok Shop Platform focusing on market insights and personal analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend and backend development, working directly with hiring manager.
• Taking responsibility for work with a degree of personal freedom, ownership, and daily autonomy.
• Learning on your own and bearing a direct creative burden.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• React
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Backend development
• Databases
• Independent projects to showcase.
• Good judgment about design and usability.
• Currently based in the Seattle/Bellevue area.

Qualifications

• Strong programming fundamentals.
• A good eye for design.
• Substantial experience building personal projects (personal projects and independent work count toward experience).
• Comfortable figuring things out and taking responsibility for work without extensive supervision.
• Entrepreneurial, creative, and a genuine strive to be the best.
• Persistent, good-faith effort.

Compensation

• Monthly Salary:
• Month 1: $3750
• Month 2: $4000
• Month 3: $4500
• Months 4-6: $5000
• Months 7+: $6500
• Equity: Guaranteed (amount TBD)
• Pay raises are guaranteed.
