Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a welcoming attitude.
- Manage reservations and waitlists.
- Answer phones and assist with guest questions.
- Keep the front desk and entry area clean and organized.
- Communicate clearly with your team to ensure smooth service.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, on-your-feet environment.
- Experience is a plus, but not required.
