Grooming, Poise & Image Consultant / Instructor

About the Role

TNC Aviation is seeking an experienced Grooming, Poise & Image Consultant / Instructor to deliver structured training in grooming, personal presentation, and professional presence to aspiring aviation professionals. The role requires a certified professional with strong image consulting expertise, proven instructional experience, and the ability to foster confidence, composure, and adherence to professional aviation industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct grooming, poise, and professional-presentation sessions for aspiring aviation professionals.
• Deliver practical training in personal grooming, professional attire, personal hygiene, posture, body language, confident movement, and overall presentation.
• Coach candidates on etiquette, professional conduct, interpersonal presence, and appropriate workplace behaviour.
• Apply image consulting principles to guide candidates in understanding personal presentation, styling, colour coordination, and professional image.
• Design and facilitate interactive sessions, demonstrations, role-plays, and individual feedback exercises.
• Assess candidate performance and provide constructive, actionable feedback on grooming, poise, and professional readiness.
• Develop and maintain training materials, session plans, assessment tools, and progress reports.
• Maintain consistent training standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of TNC Aviation’s grooming and professional-development curriculum.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Professional certification in Image Consulting, Image Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Formal trainer certification, Train-the-Trainer qualification, or equivalent documented training preparation.
• Previous experience working as an instructor, trainer, or facilitator, with a demonstrable track record of conducting grooming, poise, etiquette, or professional-presence sessions.
• Extensive practical experience in grooming and image consulting, supported by relevant qualifications and training assignments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and classroom-management skills.
• The ability to assess candidates objectively and provide structured, professional feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with an airline, aviation training academy, cabin crew training organisation, or hospitality institution.
• Experience delivering grooming, poise, and professional-presentation training to individuals preparing for or working in the aviation or hospitality sectors.
• Additional certifications in etiquette, executive presence, body language, or soft-skills training.
