About the Role
Epic is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, coordinate, and maintain a multi-tenant, high-complexity, enterprise-scale hosting architecture. This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area, with financial relocation assistance provided. Opportunities are available for all experience levels, from those new to the field to those with decades of experience, and individuals interested in technical infrastructure engineering, developing Infrastructure as Code solutions, or learning about systems that support healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, coordinate, and maintain a multi-tenant, high-complexity, enterprise-scale hosting architecture.
- As a member of the Hosting team, be responsible for the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.
- Follow policies and procedures and escalate when policies or procedures are not followed.
- Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information.
- Meet all security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures.

Requirements & Tech Stack

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field.
- Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
- COVID-19 vaccination.
