About the Role
In the IT-Services role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations at the Bengaluru location. This is a full-time position to be performed exclusively on-site in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing support requests.
- Installation and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Error analysis and troubleshooting in collaboration with colleagues and external service providers.
- Monitoring IT systems.
- Supporting updates, backups, and security measures.
- Documenting all relevant incidents and solutions in IT service tools.
- Supporting the further development of internal IT processes.
- Acting as a point of contact for technical questions.
Qualifications
- Profound knowledge in Information Technology and IT Service Management to reliably manage internal systems and services.
- Experience in technical support and troubleshooting, including analysis of disruptions and implementation of practical solutions.
- Strong skills in customer service and communication to understand, prioritize, and process requests in a user-oriented manner.
- Ideally, experience with ticketing and monitoring systems as well as a basic understanding of networks, operating systems, and IT security.
- Completed vocational training or a degree in the IT field, or comparable professional experience.
- Independent and structured work style.
- High reliability.
