Freelance Sales Associate (Commission-Based)

About the Role

We're looking for self-driven freelancers to convert education leads into enrolled students. IONOXE TECH SOLUTIONS PVT LTD provides the leads. Your role involves following up, counseling, booking slots, and collecting the pending balance before each batch begins. You will earn a commission on the revenue you generate.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact assigned leads within 24 hours via call, WhatsApp, or email.
• Understand each student's or parent's goals and recommend the right course.
• Explain course details, fees, and outcomes clearly and honestly.
• Handle objections and follow up until the lead decides.
• Secure the student's slot by collecting the slot booking amount.
• Collect the remaining pending amount before the monthly batch start date.
• Direct all payments only through our official payment link.
• Update lead status in the tracker daily.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must know Telugu and English (fluent speaking and good writing in both).
• Experience in sales, counseling, or edtech is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Own phone and stable internet connection.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Compensation

• 20% commission on the revenue you generate.
• Incentives of ₹10,000+ for top performers.
• Payout on the 5th of every month.
