Crossing Infotech is hiring a Business Analyst Intern for a full-time remote internship in India. The internship runs for 1 to 3 months. Interns work on live projects under the guidance of experienced team members.
Job Details
- Job Title: Business Analyst Intern

- Stipend: INR 15,000 to INR 16,500 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements by working with team members and stakeholders
- Analyze business data using Excel and SQL to find trends, gaps and improvement areas
- Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for management review
- Create process flow diagrams, user stories and basic requirement documents
- Track project tasks, timelines and progress and share regular updates
- Support the team in testing and user acceptance of new features and processes
- Maintain data accuracy and prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
- Work with the team to understand requirements and deliver tasks on time
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excel: Basic knowledge (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
- SQL: Basic understanding (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, WHERE)
- Business Analysis: Basic understanding of concepts and requirement gathering
- Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving skills, good documentation and presentation skills, good written and spoken English communication
- Good to Have: Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or any reporting tool; Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Trello or Visio; Basic understanding of Agile and SDLC; Any business analysis course, certification or project experience
Qualifications
- Students and recent graduates in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc, BBA, MBA, B.Com or any related field
- Freshers interested in building a career in business analysis
- Candidates with a laptop or computer and a stable internet connection
