We support banks, NBFCs, HFCs and SFBs with property title due diligence, legal opinions, MODT, valuation and vetting, combining our AI-native platform with experienced legal professionals. We are a strong team across legal, operations, technology and AI, and we are now expanding into new geographies.

Role Overview

As we grow across South India, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Admin to own hiring and people operations end to end. This is a hands-on role with high visibility, working directly with the founding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring for legal, operations, business development and technology roles: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and closing offers.
• Build hiring pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, law college placement cells and referrals.
• Run onboarding: offer letters, joining formalities and employee records.
• Coordinate onboarding and documentation for advocates and consultants across states.
• Manage attendance, payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT).
• Handle office administration, assets and vendor coordination.
• Help build HR policies and processes as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA or PG in HR preferred.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations (freshers with relevant internships are welcome).
• Comfortable with job portals, LinkedIn and MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong communication in English and Tamil.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup.
