About the Role
Uno Wallet is an AI-powered iOS wallet that makes everyday payments smarter, easier, and more seamless. The company develops user-centric solutions that automate and personalize payment flows, focusing on intuitive operation, high security, and a smooth user experience. As a Trainer at Uno Wallet, you will educate users and internal teams on the efficient use of the iOS wallet and its AI-based functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct training sessions, workshops, and product demos.
- Prepare training materials and guides.
- Adapt content for different target audiences.
- Answer questions about the product.
- Collect feedback from training sessions.
- Collaborate closely with product and support teams for continuous improvement of training content.
- Contribute to ensuring users and employees use Uno Wallet safely, competently, and with high satisfaction.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in designing and conducting training sessions, workshops, and training programs, ideally in a technology or app environment.
- Confident use of iOS devices and mobile applications.
- Basic understanding of digital payment systems and AI-based tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Didactic skills and enjoyment in conveying complex content in an understandable way.
- High service orientation and empathy in dealing with diverse participants.
- Structured work approach and ability to work independently.
This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Chennai Area.
Qualifications
- Experience in training design and delivery.
- Proficiency with iOS devices and mobile applications.
- Foundational knowledge of digital payment systems and AI-based tools.

Desirable qualifications include:
- A relevant degree (e.g., Education, Communication, Business, or IT).
- Experience in customer training.
