Graphic Designer

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Rohini.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for digital campaigns, including social media graphics, web banners, advertisements, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines.
• Develop logos and brand identities.
• Select typography and color schemes.
• Prepare designs for both online and print use.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
• Iterate on feedback.
• Ensure consistent quality across all design deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects.
• Meet deadlines.
• Maintain an organized workflow.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce clean, modern, and engaging visual content.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing brand identities and visual systems for clients.
• Proficiency in Typography, with a good understanding of font pairing, hierarchy, and readability in digital and print formats.
• Working knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent software).
• A portfolio demonstrating creative work across digital campaigns, logos, and brand visuals.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts clearly.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
