About the Role
The Certified Nurse Assistant Trainee (CNA Trainee) will train with certified staff to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Training will encompass classroom and clinical training. Assists and provides for residents in the activity of daily living in accordance to the individualized plan of care.

- Assist and provide for residents in activities of daily living in accordance with the individualized plan of care.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- None required
- Previous health care experience preferred
- Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language
- Communication skills (approach, tone of voice, speed of communication, respectfulness, and non-verbal communication)
- Ability to learn the application of the assessment into the aging process (e.g., height/weight, skin integrity, ADLs, bowel and bladder control)
Work Schedule: Varied Hours/Days; 6a-2p, 7a-3p and 8a-4p
Working Conditions: Intermittent exposure to a few unpleasant physical conditions
