Job Location: Mumbai and Nashik

Job Timing: 10 am to 7 pm / 11 am to 8 pm

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling enquiries and callings on leads generated through various sources.
• Counsel enquiries and leads on call for enrolling them to online/offline training.
• Handholding prospective students and guiding them through the entire admission process.
• Meeting day wise, week wise, month wise and quarter wise targets.
• Collecting initial admission amount.
• Achieving agreed conversion rate from enquiry to admissions.
• Visiting colleges for seminars and generating walk-ins.
• Maintaining brand's word of mouth, ensuring quality, and getting referrals from existing students.
• Maintaining and updating the tasks sheet.
• Believing in self-research and keeping updated with industry standards in terms of technologies.
• Timely escalation to the reporting manager and ensuring smooth transition.
• Understanding the need for enquiry generation and performing cold calling if required.
