About CorpSecurity International

CorpSecurity International is a global professional certification organization dedicated to advancing standards, competence, and career development in the corporate security profession. We provide professional certifications, training, and career development pathways for security professionals.

About the Role

CorpSecurity International is seeking confident, proactive, and results-driven fresh graduates and early-career professionals to join our team as Partnership Executives. The role focuses on expanding our global Affiliate Partner Program by identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with experienced security professionals, consultants, industry influencers, and other potential partners. You will manage the partnership development process—from identifying prospects and conducting professional outreach to qualifying, onboarding, and activating affiliate partners who promote CorpSecurity's professional certification programs through referrals. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent English communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and the initiative to independently achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Research & Prospecting
  • Identify potential affiliate partners through LinkedIn, professional networks, and other relevant sources.
  • Research their professional backgrounds, networks, and partnership potential.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospective partners.
  • Partner Outreach & Engagement
  • Initiate professional outreach through LinkedIn, email, telephone, and other approved channels.
  • Present the Affiliate Partner Program, referral opportunities, and associated benefits.
  • Develop professional relationships and qualify partnership interest.
  • Conduct consistent follow-ups to progress prospective partners toward registration.
  • Partnership Development & Onboarding
  • Convert qualified prospects into registered affiliate partners.
  • Independently manage routine partnership discussions and onboarding.
  • Coordinate partner registration and access to approved promotional resources.
  • Explain the referral process and help partners begin generating referrals.
  • Arrange CEO meetings for selected strategic or high-value partnership opportunities.
  • Partner Activation & Relationship Management
  • Maintain regular engagement with registered affiliate partners.
  • Encourage partners to actively promote eligible certification programs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support partner referrals and enrollment opportunities.
  • Re-engage inactive partners and strengthen ongoing participation.
  • Partnership Performance & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of prospects, outreach, meetings, and partner activities.
  • Track qualified partnership conversations, partner registrations, active partners, and referral-generated enrollments.
  • Monitor partnership pipeline progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular performance updates and take ownership of assigned partnership development targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related discipline. Graduates from other disciplines with strong communication skills are also welcome.
  • 0–2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Confidence communicating with experienced professionals and senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong research, organization, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email communication, spreadsheets, and online collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage responsibilities without repeated reminders.
  • A proactive, persistent, professional, and results-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve performance.
  • Prior affiliate partnership experience is not required. Communication ability, initiative, learning agility, and ownership of results are more important.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently identifying and engaging qualified affiliate partner prospects.
  • Generating meaningful partnership conversations.
  • Converting qualified prospects into registered affiliate partners.
  • Activating partners who generate genuine certification referrals.
  • Contributing to referral-generated certification enrollments.
  • Maintaining accurate partnership records and completing follow-ups on time.
  • Performance is measured by active partnerships and referral outcomes—not simply outreach volume or meetings scheduled.

Career Development

This role offers practical exposure to international partnership development, professional networking, business development, stakeholder engagement, and affiliate relationship management. High-performing employees may progress into Partnerships Lead or other higher-responsibility roles based on demonstrated performance and organizational requirements.
