About the Role

The Pathfinder Global Initiative is a flagship program designed to cultivate future international leaders for LESSO. Under this initiative, enterprising young talents are recruited and trained globally to prepare them for leadership roles in foreign markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Undergo six weeks of training in China as part of the Pathfinder Global Initiative.
• Upon program completion, assume the role of Sales Manager in San Antonio, TX.
• Leverage Group resources to develop local business in San Antonio, TX.
• Lead LESSO's operations in San Antonio, TX.
• Manage a local team of 10.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficient in Chinese.
• Familiar with the San Antonio, TX metropolitan area.
• Preference for candidates holding a degree from a university in San Antonio, TX.
• Eagerness to learn and capable of mastering LESSO products in a short period.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
