About the Role
Summer 2027 Internship – Auto Finance: User Experience (Detroit, MI/Charlotte, NC)
Key Responsibilities
- Blend research, content strategy, and human-centered design to create best-in-class digital experiences for Ally's Auto consumer and Dealer teams.
- Work at the intersection of creative problem-solving and financial innovation.
- Ensure ideas directly support business needs and drive real change for the people served.
- Gain hands-on experience and work on projects.
- Attend Orientation, Executive Speaking Series, and learning sessions as an Intern cohort.
- Participate in Mentoring Program and Giving Back Events.
- Network with peers, the team, and other Ally employees.
- Lead an end-of-assignment presentation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Internship Program Timing: May 25th – July 30th, 2027
- Work Schedule: 40 hours each week with a mix of in-office and remote working days.

Qualifications
- Rising Junior or Senior (during the time of internship) in a full-time undergraduate program.
- Major/Course of Study: Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrates Analytical Thinking, Collaboration, Learning Agility.
- Available for the full duration of the internship program.
- Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
- Minimum Qualifications: 0+ years of experience, High school Diploma or GED equivalent.
